The quote tool

Quotes need: gender, birth date, health rating, tobacco status, coverage sum and term. Sent to carriers' quoting system for reply rates—not retained locally. No ID, location, cell or address needed. Duplicate searches may pull from temporary cache to spare the quoting engine.

Applying

Choosing to apply sends your prior answers to populate forms on carriers' encrypted platform. You'll operate under their own stated policy. Susman Insurance Agency runs all applications, California licensed (0B75129).

The contact form

Requests your name, email, cell (optional), preferred reply type, category and question. Passed by email to staff; your address becomes the reply-to field. This server archives nothing, maintains zero-query logs. A brief spam-block happens in-browser before transmitting.

Measurement

Site traffic tracking happens via on-site, cookie-free measurement from this server. Zero cookies/local trackers; half your IP gets removed before storage; forwarding page parameters get stripped; raw logs vanish in 90 days. DNT/Privacy Control signals skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

No purchasing or sharing of personal facts; no marketing pixels; no external trackers. Carriers' platform on the application page is the sole third-party code, only if visited.
